The Fitness Studio

We are lucky to have one of the largest studios in Bristol boasting over 35 classes each week.

Our team of talented instructors offer a wide variety of classes including body pump, body combat, body balance, yoga, pilates, bum & tums, step and circuits.

Custom built to our specification with a sprung floor, lighting, cool studio - the ideal place to enjoy your workout.

Spinning Studio

We also have a purpose built spinning/group cycling studio with CyclexVR - a revolutionary system that runs classes when YOU want them or join an instructor led class.
