Saturday morning circuit class for children aged 9-15 years.  Help your children stay active with this fun packed class.  Suitable for all levels of fitness.

Saturday 10.30am - 11.15am

Swim

Kids can swim each day in the pool

Mon - Fri 3pm - 6pm

Sat, Sun - 11am - 3pm

Crèche Facilities at The Mayhem            

Here at Riverside we understand that you want your kids to be in safe hands whilst you use the club, that's why our crèche is managed by our own special team of mums. You can be assured that whilst your are in the gym or taking part in a class your child will be having so much fun that they won't want to leave!  The crèche is available to children from 3 months to 4 years 11 months inc.
